Should a basic infrastructure be part of the initial setup, and how far should it go?
- Framework to provide structure and conventions (ITCSS, BEM, ABEM, Atomic etc.)
- Library of utility styles, generic objects etc.
- Full UI library ready to use for e.g. stomping out backends quickly
