Link hover cursor shows text select instead of pointer

Hi

Browsing on a study, I noticed once you let your cursor on most links you get the typical change of it when something is clickable, e.g:

However, when it is for the actual files, it turns to the symbol that usually stands for selecting text

It's silly but could be confusing.

Also, I would consider showing the head of each file instead of just providing a link to download.
