For abdominal-sequence-1 the total RMSE is significantly higher than the one in the paper and the same for organs-sequence-19, for which it is not clear which 1300 frames of the video sequence are used for the evaluation. Also, for exploration-sequence-20 the total RMSE is a little higher than the one in the paper but the main issue is that the algorithm crashes before processing all 1800 frames (starting from 800 to 2619), even when the clause for exiting when tracking less than 10 points in the tracking.cc is completely removed.
