Control/cursor not returned to command line on Windows

Hi,
I am running Lefthook on Windows Server 2025 in a dev server. I have everything setup but there's an issue with the command line not getting control returned. See below screenshot:

How can I fix this?

I run czg to commit changes.

Actually this looks a bit better now as I amended my config like so:

Disable ANSI colors and cursor control sequences (fixes cursor not returning)

colors: false

Tell all tools to avoid ANSI output
