On the Exercism Docs site, the right-hand sidebar has expandable topics. When I click the + icon, the section expands correctly. However, once expanded, there is no way to collapse (minimize) it again.
Steps to reproduce:
Go to: https://exercism.org/docs/building/tracks/practice-exercises
On the right-hand sidebar, click the + next to a topic to expand it.
Try to collapse it again.
Expected behavior:
Clicking the + (or -) should toggle between expand and collapse.
Actual behavior:
Once expanded, the section stays open and cannot be collapsed.

Browser: (e.g., Chrome 139, Firefox 129)
OS: (e.g., Windows 10, Ubuntu 22.04)
