Add a patch changeset covering the query-linking accuracy fixes
and graph inspection UX updates made in this series.

Constraint: Release notes should summarize user-visible behavior rather than internal implementation details
Rejected: Skip the changeset | would leave the release without versioned notes for shipped fixes
