Copying frame onSliderChanged

hello,

when working with T1 dynamic (t0 preGd and more time points post Gd), it is difficult to copy more than one frame (i.e. preGd and one of the postGd); I changed onSliderChanged qMRMLNodeComboBox to better handle the creation of more frames, if you want you can check the commit on my forked repo.

@threarth thanks for sharing! Definitely I can see how the current functionality may be limiting in this use case. But I also think that extracting all frames all the time may not be needed in other cases. Maybe a more practical alternative would be to add a button "Copy current frame" that would always create a new volume node - would this work for you?

I followed your suggestion and reverted onSliderChanged back to the original while adding a new copy button (onCopyButtonClicked) which creates a new node with a slightly different name to avoid conflicts (%s copied frame %d). Check the new commit threarth@6c588c0

I believe it is working and it can be useful to just copy some series!
