Right now, google fonts (mainly poppins?) are loaded in a hard-coded way, see e.g. the Dropzone.scss. That's both a privacy issue and an issue when using files-ui in an offline project.
It would be nice to have that at least optional or completely replace it by shipping the font directly or using e.g., https://fontsource.org/fonts/poppins.
