This file delegates contributor guidance to ./AGENTS.md.

Source of Truth

Maintain all repository guidelines, build/test commands, style rules, and PR expectations in AGENTS.md.
Version bump policy is also defined in AGENTS.md (including required Cargo.toml workspace version updates).
Do not duplicate those rules in this file.
If there is any mismatch, AGENTS.md is authoritative.
