User configurable default poll options

I always want my polls to:

• not allow anonymous votes
• forbid empty choices
• only yes/maybe/no answer options (no rather not)

I understand these options are personal preferences, but I'd love to be able to have my personal defaults being stored in my account and applied every time I create a poll.
