The Popup windows showing in the second screen when using AirPlay connect to other screen (extend mode)

Every time type the keyboard shortcuts it will show in another screen but not inside of the current screen's chrome window.

There are a couple issues listed here (one from me) about pop-up window incorrect placement in multi-monitor setups. This sounds related.
