PASS-7 R5-honest deep-sweep — RAG / images / App.N rename gaps (trios)

Follow-up to PASS-6 (#755, merged). PASS-7 ran a 10-dimension audit across the 5-repo Trinity hive after PASS-6 merges; this issue tracks the trios findings.

Audit probes (R5-honest)

• ✅ Community trinity-s3ai size live-verified: 12 records (B001..B008, D004..D007), no drift
• ✅ 43-DOI suspect list grep across all 5 clones — found A1 hits only
• ✅ PNG existence check: app-h-zenodo-doi-registry.png confirmed absent on main (blob exists only on feat/illustrations)
• ✅ ORCID cross-check: 0000-0002-7363-8254 (Stergios Pellis) legitimate foreign cite — leave untouched
• ✅ Anchor φ² + φ⁻² = 3 algebraic identity unchanged

Fix plan (companion PR)

1. Drop 8 stale RAG chunks (1063 → 1055), re-validate JSONL parses end-to-end
2. Remove broken \includegraphics{app-h-zenodo-doi-registry.png} from both .tex files with R5-honest audit notes
3. Rename App.H → App.N only where context is unambiguous Zenodo-DOI; preserve legitimate ACM-AE App.H references
4. Rename app-h-13-zenodo-doi-registry.md → app-h-zenodo-doi-registry.md
5. Open PR with Closes #N reference and post NASA mission report to Throne 👑 TRINITY HIVE — Queen's Registry & ONE SHOT Dispatch #264
