Subject: [PATCH] Switch tests back to httpbin.org

Unfortunately httpbun.com has been having reliability issues
recently, so let's switch back to httpbin.org for now.

Also Use explicit HTTPS URLs for the currently available,
response-compatible HTTP test service.
