can't setup with --host codex

1. I clone repo with commit : dbd7aee

2. follow readme , I just execute "./setup --host codex" , get error:

Building Node-compatible server bundle...
error: cannot write multiple output files without an output directory

Closing — codex host support exists on main. hosts/codex.ts has a full config with globalRoot, path rewrites, and co-author trailer.
