Skills composition. Let's say in a team there's a core skill that each individuals must share, but the actual implementation changes from project to project. I.E., for a similar service, one use provider A, the other use provider B.
Can we have the possibility to customize a skill reference with agents.toml to say which reference to use? Inside the skill definition for project A, say that the skill must use Reference A, for project B, says that it should Reference B?
This could reduce the "Not Built Here" issue per project.
