Internal error creating alerts with Microsoft Teams integration

Steps to Reproduce

1. Install the MS Teams integration with a personal account (Microsoft Tenant)
2. Create a new alert
3. Add an action to send an alert to the MS Teams integration
4. Save the alert

Expected Result

The alert is saved and notifications are sent to the MS tenant.

Actual Result

"Unknown error while saving" error appears in the UI:

The error happens when MS returns a 400 status code response to Sentry:
