Fail to apply code block #2477

Describe the bug
I repeatedly got this issue when trying to apply code blocks from the Ask function. All other functions seem to work perfectly fine.
It happens in both my Corporate provided account and my personal account, on both my private machine and the company EC2 with proxy.
This only happens to me. My colleagues do not encounter this issue at all.
