Failure / skip details

• Add workflow: githubnext/agentics/weekly-research #3 find_symbol: activate_project succeeded (go, typescript, bash detected), but every find_symbol / get_symbols_overview call returned MCP error 0: connection closed ... EOF. Retried 5+ times with pauses — Go language server appears to be crashing. Activation portion passed.
• Add workflow: githubnext/agentics/weekly-research #2: The literal mcpscripts-gh tool is not registered (unknown tool); equivalent github_pr_query returned PRs daily-ambient-context-optimizer: add gh-aw CLI preflight and noop fallback path #36792, Fix daily-agent-of-the-day-blog-writer producing no safe outputs #36790 successfully.
• the compute-text step should only be lazily inserted #20: No bot/test PR safe to close; triggering PR intentionally not closed.
