Five agentic CLI/MCP tool versions were updated in pkg/constants/version_constants.go. Constants edited and make recompile run in the foreground (258/258 workflows compiled, 0 errors). GitHub-released tools (GitHub MCP Server, MCP Gateway, Playwright Browser) are already at latest.

Recompile & Verification

• make recompile: 258/258 workflows compiled, 0 errors, 208 warnings (pre-existing).
• 0 stale old-version references remain in .github/workflows/*.lock.yml; 60 lock files now reference Claude Code 2.1.197.
• No pkg/workflow/js/*.js files modified. 105 files changed (104 lock files + constants).

• Playwright MCP tracks Playwright versioning; 1.62.0 not yet a stable GitHub release (alpha bundled in the MCP package).
