Sometimes its is ok. Sometimes I get "This is taking a bit longer, we're still on it" for simple HI request.
So I am paying 200 bucks for not working tool. So now lets think why that happened.
All this shit with limitations and stuff happened because google are so generous to:
- Provide free plans which people abuse
- Provide some shitty discount programs where people buy YEAR PRO sub for 1-6 usd and in the end we get whole market flooded with tons of cheap accounts being sold.
But who suffers from that? Do you think all these abusers suffer? No, regular users who purchase their sub are suffering from this shit. I am paying 200 bucks to get unusable product.
And lets take a look at what claude offers. Does it offer some shitty programs which can be abused - NO? Does it limit third party oauth usage - they do not allow, but in fact everybody uses oauth in thirdparty cli clients without any issues.
Why the fucking google cant remove all their shitty discount programs to stop billion of Chinese abusing all this shit so NORMAL USERS can use the product. Nobody even abuses gemini-cli as I know, everyone abuses antigravity sub for getting free CLAUDE. But people really want to use gemini and google models eat shit in the end.
