Windows Desktop enrollment guide doesn't say how to check if Teleport authentication package is loaded

There's a "Checkpoint: Verify Windows is prepared" section in the document that says "Confirm that the Windows computer has restarted and the Teleport authentication package is loaded." Unfortunately, it doesn't say how exactly the user can verify that the authentication package is loaded.

How will we know this is resolved?

Perform described steps and see if they correctly describe the procedure.

FYI @roraback @rodgtr1 it looks like there's something wrong with the checkpoint component.

The source material very much describes how to do this:

But the checkpoint itself doesn't seem to render this content:

@zmb3 These troubleshooting steps only show when a user clicks "No it didn't work."

However, I can see the confusion that they wouldn't know whether to click Yes or No because what they need to check and how to check it is only available to them after choosing "No it didn't work."

@bl-nero Given how the Checkpoint component works, and the fact that there is only one check here, I think it may be best to remove the checkpoint altogether and add a check as step 6. Or remove the Checkpoint altogether if this seems unnecessary. Let me know if you have any further feedback on this and I can push the change.
