Added a protection to enable and USB-C

- Added a protection to the enable connector. Connecting the power to this connector will no longer destroy the circuit.
- Swapped enable input lines to match the Harp standard of having GND at left.
- Replaced USB connector to USB-C.
- Updates the silkscreens to version 1.1.
