- 新增证据时，优先改对应主题文件，再在 evidence map 中登记。
- 如果某个压缩名的职责判断发生变化，先改 glossary，再回改正文引用。
- 结构调整、父页收缩和新增拆分页时，先遵守 02-document-style-and-structure-conventions.md。
- 不把历史整理过程和旧目录痕迹重新带回知识库首页。
