Bump tmp and @hpcc-js/comms in /report

Removes [tmp](https://github.com/raszi/node-tmp). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependency [@hpcc-js/comms](https://github.com/hpcc-systems/Visualization). These dependencies need to be updated together.


Removes `tmp`

Updates `@hpcc-js/comms` from 2.79.1 to 3.7.7
