Migrate existing docker users to new html2rss/web

• There's a new html2rss organization on docker hub.
• push docker image to html2rss/web
• update readme
• have a nice presentation on docker hub
• migration plan from gilcreator/html2rss-web (manual? automatic? dockerhub options to consider?)

https://hub.docker.com/r/html2rss/web contains the revamped web application (in beta state).
master holds previous version and will start nudging users to update to html2rss/web image.

Todos:

• Update docker hub description to redirect users to new image (prevent new installs)
• Phase out usage / short maintenance phase
• Actively notify: rss feed items? Guid monthly nudge?
• Hard cutover (when?): unpublish old image
• Have tested migration guide published
• Helpful instructions along each user journey
