bump affinescript: verify-boundary subcommand + exit-code fix

Pulls in affinescript f6089a2 which closes the public CLI surface
for typed-wasm Level 10 cross-module boundary verification: a new
`verify-boundary CALLEE CALLER` subcommand plus a fix to
`verify-bridge`'s exit-code propagation.
