API errors for all API connected model usage.

I have the newest version installed on a M1 Macbook max. I provided api keys for Anthropic and Gooble AI Studio.
Anthropic error: [API Error: 400 {"type":"error","error":{"type":"invalid_request_error","message":"temperature and top_p cannot both be specified for this model. Please use only one."},"request_id":"req_011CZ5SSPfgrk3Smd6tEHLzD"}]
Google error: [API Error: Verify your account to continue.]

In February this was working, and I have Antrhopic and Google invoices.
Errors are consistent no matter which LLM is chosen. Health checks pass for all models, API keys are valid.
Any ideas?
