+# Accommodation
+
+We have reserved a block of bedrooms at The Clayton Hotel, the conference venue, at a negotiated rate. Breakfast is included in the price. Rooms are available for single occupancy and double occupancy on a first-come-first-served basis. Reservations that have nothing to do with ICAPS participants will be automatically cancelled. For the convenience of participants who do not fly away on the last day of the conference, we have included in the deal a block of rooms for the night  from July 2nd to July 3rd. We encourage you to take this night when possible, which will help ICAPS fill the allocated quota.
