We have reserved a block of bedrooms at The Clayton Hotel on Burlington Road, the conference venue, at a negotiated rate. Full breakfast is included in the price. Bedrooms are available for single occupancy and double occupancy on a first-come-first-served basis. Reservations that have nothing to do with ICAPS participants will be automatically cancelled.

ICAPS secured funding from sponsors to support participation at the conference. The support is **primarily targeted at students and young researchers actively participating in ICAPS, including underrepresented communities**, but we will also consider other applicants.
