+# Attendance Support
+
+ICAPS secured funding from sponsors to support participation at the conference. The support is **primarily targeted at students and young researchers actively participating in ICAPS, including underrepresented communities**, but we will also consider other applicants.
+The exact support depends  on the amount collected from sponsors, the details in each application,  and the number of applicants.

+The form requires the following information:
+* a short statement of your work and alignment with ICAPS;
+* a proposed budget and why support is needed;
+* a recommendation letter (in PDF) signed by your supervisor/advisor;
+* a student ID card or a letter (in PDF) if you are a student;
+* other general information (details in the form).
+
+**The deadline for applying is April 13, 2026 (AoE)**. 
+
+Notification is on April 21  (2 weeks before the early registration deadline). Scholarships will be provided to you as (partial) **reimbursement of travel and registration expenses** after the conference or as a **discounted registration fee**.
