odd data "Reference: First Edit Incomplete" on queue page

it shows "blocked - Reference: First Edit Incomplete".

Perhaps it should be "blocked - Author Input Required"? (Existing system shows AUTH*R.)

Looking at Purple, it also shows "Reference: First Edit Incomplete". Maybe this appears because the first_editor hasn't marked it as finished yet? It's unclear why the word "Reference" is here.

"Author Input Required" is more useful to display to authors on the external queue site.

The "blocked - Reference: First Edit Incomplete" label is applied by purple when, in production, there is an assigned editor and the editor moves the doc to AUTH. The code in purple is tracking the fact that the editing assignment has been interrupted ("First Edit Incomplete"). @rudimatz
