Apply or create a design patter for forms created dynamically

I don't know patterns for windows forms, so i need help in this Issue. 

Some forms need a previous info to create an exact number of tables, labels, textbox etc. But all the logic of the creation are in the .design.cs file, and it looks werid and wrong to me. If it is right or if need changes, a person with experience in windows forms can talk about it
