New endpoints

Hi Liam!
Good work ! Your library is really useful. It's so easy to connect with Sendcloud by creating parcels and retrieving information.
I saw 2 new endpoints:

• Shipping price,
• Shipping products,
  Are you ok with adding this? It would be easier than filtering Shipping Methods.

Thanks for creating the issue. I will try and and see if I can add these endpoints to the package, however I will also accept a PR which add them. This way you wouldn't be dependant on when I can find a moment to add them.

Your package is awesome! It's easy to use and up to date.

I have added the Tracking API : https://docs.sendcloud.sc/api/v2/tracking/
I'm testing it and I will PR when it will be functional.

I need to have the Service Points API and the Shipping Price/Shipping Product.
@imbue I saw you update the package, are you working on it ?

I pushed a small update to support cancelling of parcels. I've not been working on other endpoints (yet).
