Download not working. Hogs up CPU usage with beam.smp

when running mix fluminus --download-to=/path/to/my/dir. Works fine previously until recently.

OS: Ubuntu 19.10

Hmm you’re not the first who got this error. Unfortunately this seems to be something that’s bad on the luminus side. Could you try to see which file is missing locally as compared to the one on luminus, and then try to download that file manually from luminus?
