The installer should provide an optional web interface to give users an easier and more powerful way of installing Intecture. The Installer will run a small web server in Hyper and bind on the loopback interface to an ephemeral port.
It would be good to launch a new web browser window upon launching the web server.
This issue is blocked by #1.
