For this issue, I tried below items, all ended up with the same failure symptom as above.
-a second system
-deleting pckcache db and . dcap-qcnl
-factory reset
-fresh reinstallation of OS and set up env from scratch
-SGX DCAP version 1.21, 1.21 reproducible, 1.22 reproducible
- Win2025 latest build version 26100.3194 or Win2022

An e068 is due to in invalid signature as per https://github.com/intel/SGXDataCenterAttestationPrimitives/blob/aa239d25a437a28f3f4de92c38f5b6809faac842/QuoteGeneration/quote_wrapper/common/inc/sgx_ql_lib_common.h#L147, but i really don't understand why i am getting this weird error.
