Improve SFDC data reporting and updates

Problem: Data in SFDC is poor, and not updated enough.

• We should automate updates into SFDC, things like weekly eval notes.
• There's plenty of fields we don't update, which we should be.
• Ideally SFDC should be a source of truth for our accounts, not an afterthought.

Can we take historical data & update into SFDC as a first step?
Critical data is:

• is swarm account
• date started
• date won/lost
• who was involved / pm/ds/fde
