Add `-h`/`--help` argument to the CLI

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
It's not a big problem, but typically CLI applications have an -h option which prints help. But OFT doesn't have it.

Add -h and --help options to the CLI that print https://github.com/itsallcode/openfasttrace/blob/main/core/src/main/resources/usage.txt.

Describe alternatives you've considered
None? Man pages, but are they available on Windows?

Oh, sorry, I found that there is actually a help subcommand.

But IMHO I still think that -h is in the muscle memory of many users
