Local UI network status mismatch with mwan3

Sometimes an interface will display as offline on the local UI when it is actually online according to mwan3.

Interface status:
 interface wan is offline and tracking is paused
 interface mdm1 is online 00h:05m:45s, uptime 00h:06m:06s and tracking is active
 interface mdm0 is online 00h:05m:45s, uptime 00h:05m:50s and tracking is active
