Monorepo with three projects:
- Kotlin project that creates the bulk import json, docker build that creates an elastic instance with that data pre-loaded
- Kotlin project that contains the searching backend - docker build that creates a running instance
- Frontend project - docker build that creates a running instance
Testing docker compose file that links all 3.
