[Docs] Add video tutorial for creating custom skills

Create a short tutorial (text or video script) showing how to add a custom template as a Claude Code skill.

Should cover: SKILL.md format, frontmatter fields, writing template instructions, testing locally, submitting a PR.

This is a good first issue for contributors new to the project. See CONTRIBUTING.md for the template format.
