Commit test-insight overlay for lazygit

Can I do this with current version? I guess not, I just want to make sure. Would this be a feature that could be supported one way or another?

Add an optional lazygit integration that associates external per-commit test/analysis metadata with commits. As the user navigates the commits/patches view, lazygit shows the selected commit’s test status, baseline-diff status, and AI-generated analysis in a companion panel. The commits list is visually annotated with configurable tags/colors derived from that metadata, for example by matching regex rules against fields such as failing test names, severity, baseline changes, or AI summary text.
