Hi,

I am a bit surprised I could not find anything related to this issue yet.

Both from an upgrade path and a brand new install today on the latest version (107.133.6), after creating a single local repo, it is then impossible to list/edit/delete repositories as an administrator.

Using the free version, there is no access to the API either.

I could not really find anything as to fix it, even temporarily. Does anyone know a workaround?

The same problem occurred after upgrading artifactory-cpp-ce from version 7.90.6 to 7.133.10.

I’m experiencing the same issue.

I experienced this problem in multiple deployment methods:

1. Artifactory OSS 7.133.10 deployed via docker-compose
2. Artifactory OSS 7.133.6 installed using the Linux archive distribution

I'm running into this exact same issue from Artifactory-JCR 7.133.6 version onwards (in the meantime we've upgraded to 7.133.10). Also, Artifactory-JCR does not support rolling back.
We're using PostgreSQL version 16
