[DEPRECATION] Remove PageSpeed Module & Config from Nginx

Given the discontinued development and archived public repository of the PageSpeed module for Nginx, there is uncertainty regarding future updates. I plan to completely remove the PageSpeed module from the next LEMPer Stack release.
