Hi, please avoid hard-linking to executables and rather obtain them via PATH.
For example, on nixos invoking jconsole always prints the error /bin/sh: line 1: /sbin/ldconfig: No such file or directory. This is because there is no /sbin on nixos; expecting /sbin/ to exist is generally not a good idea because, as can be read in man 7 file-hierarchy, /sbin/ as well as /bin/ and /usr/sbin/ are legacy folders and if they even exist, usually just symbolic links to /usr/bin/
