Description
If there are two notebooks in a folder, one named "A B.ipynb" and the other "A%20B.ipynb", clicking on "A%20B.ipynb" opens "A B.ipynb"
Reproduce
- Create a notebook and rename it as "A B.ipynb"
- Close the notebook
- Create another notebook and rename it as "A%20B.ipynb"
- Close the notebook
- Open "A%20B.ipynb" using the Jupyter's web interface
Expected behavior
The notebook "A%20B.ipynb" should open, while "A B.ipynb" will be actually opened.
