Feature Description
When adding a song to the queue by using a play command, you may not always want it to go to the end of the queue! If you want to play a song "next" the only way to do it currently seems to be clearing the queue, adding your song, and then adding back the removed songs, or by skipping all the songs until you get to the "next song".

Having a configurable role list of "allowed roles" for the bot to accept the "priority" parameter would be a nice cherry on the top, but not necessary for the feature to function at a base level.
