docs: add OpenAPI attrs to BucketsListAction and update apiary with isLinkedBucket/isAlias

Add OpenAPI attributes (Operation, Tag, Parameter, Response) to
BucketsListAction referencing BucketCreateResponse schema.

Add isLinkedBucket to all bucket response examples in apiary and
isAlias to all sourceTable objects in apiary examples.
