Sadly, Python packages in Debian 12 are now externally managed and have to
be installed with the system package manager, in which I can'd find any
python3-pyxel or so package...such a weird thing, I can't be the only one
complaining about the difficulty to install Pyxel in Debian 12, am I ???

I can't find out a way to install Pyxel on Debian 12 + Python 3.11...no more python3-pyxel package...
What is the right way to install Pyxel ?
