RuntimeException 상속받은 수많은 예외들은 실제로 동작중에 예외가 발생하는데
상속받은 건 왜 아예 무시되는거지?

public class CustomException extends RuntimeException {

    public CustomException (String msg) {
        super(msg);
    }
}
